SHIPPING: All orders placed are freshly made just for you and generally ship within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) via USPS. Please note that all BM products are handcrafted and production days are Monday-Friday. During holiday seasons, ship time for orders may be longer due to higher order volume. Shipping speed will depend upon the shipping method that you choose at checkout. Enjoy complimentary USPS priority mail shipping on orders of $75+ and $5 flat rate USPS shipping on orders of $35 or less within the US. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders ship via USPS international service.
Due to shipping restrictions, perfumes cannot be shipped internationally. Domestically, perfumes must be shipped via USPS First Class or UPS ground service.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP: We now offer free store pickup in the Beacon and Hudson Valley, New York area for online orders. Skip the shipping costs (and the carbon footprint) by selecting this option at checkout.
You will be contacted via email and text when your order is ready. Order pickup location is at our store and studio located at 493 Main Street Beacon, New York.
BM goods are freshly made to order, Monday-Friday, please allow for production time when placing your pickup order.
Sending a gift? We are happy to include a gift note with your order...simply leave your gift message in the order notes section at checkout. Printed invoices are never included in our packages to protect customer privacy.
Need your order lightning fast? Please let us know by leaving a note at checkout. UPS next day delivery is available as an option at checkout, though time must be allowed for your order to be made unless it is currently in stock.
Missing package? Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are shown as delivered, but missing. Please let us know of the issue, but you must file a claim for missing packages directly with the carrier. Refunds or remakes for missing packages will be issued at our discretion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but sometimes things just don't work out. We offer a 7 day return policy for items that have not been used and are returned in as-shipped condition. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you purchased and would like to make a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same 'as-shipped' condition as received and in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
