The combination of eucalyptus, peppermint and menthol in these all natural shower steamers are ideal to to have on hand during cold and flu season and are an excellent way to open the sinuses, support the respiratory system, soothe minor aches + energize your day. How do they work? Basically it's a highly fragrant, reusable bath bomb for your shower. Place one steamer directly on the shower floor for a potent single use steam, or to use repeatedly, place one on the shower ledge and drizzle with water 1-3 times.
