SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on orders of $75+ and $5 flat rate shipping on orders of $50 or less within the US. We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International orders ship via USPS international service. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on their shipment.
All orders placed are freshly made just for you and generally ship within 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday) via your choice of carrier (USPS or UPS) and your chosen carrier speed. Please note that all BM products are handcrafted and our production and shipping days are Monday-Friday.
During holiday seasons, ship time for orders may be longer due to higher order volume. Shipping speed will depend upon the shipping method that you choose at checkout.
Due to shipping restrictions, perfumes cannot be shipped internationally. Domestically, perfumes must be shipped via USPS First Class or UPS ground service.
Sending a gift? We are happy to include a short and sweet gift note with your order (2-3 sentences)...simply leave your gift message in the order notes section at checkout. Printed invoices and/or pricing are never included in our packages to protect customer privacy.
Need your order lightning fast? Please let us know by leaving a note at checkout. UPS next day delivery is available as an option at checkout, though time must be allowed for your order to be made unless it is currently in stock.
Missing or Stolen Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are shown as delivered by carrier, but missing or stolen after delivery. Please let us know of the issue, and we will be happy to assist by tracking your package and filing a missing package claim with the carrier.
Refunds or remakes for missing packages will be issued solely at our discretion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but sometimes things just don't work out. We offer a 7 day return policy for items that have not been used and are returned in as-shipped condition. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you purchased and would like to make a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same 'as-shipped' condition as received and in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
